Solid tannins back flavors of black cherry, cherry cola, tobacco and green bell pepper that wind down to a savory finish. This red can hang with fatty fish AKA salmon, tuna, mackerel etc. 100% Tempranillo.

Bright straw yellow color with a tiny bubbles and a long lasting mousse. The bouquet is reminiscent of fresh meadow flowers with a fruity apple and pear fragrance. Lively yet light with great length. Excellent as an aperitif and with light dishes. 11% ABV

At La Mascaronne, the soils on which the white grape varieties are planted are carefully selected. The majority of Rolle is harvested at the end of the harvest: concentration and maturity are thus optimal. The aromatic expression of the grapes is found in the wine. Semillon, a complementary grape variety, brings complexity to the blend. ChŠteau La Mascaronne Blanc can be enjoyed in its full freshness, but it also expresses its full personality after three or four years: its floral and pear notes then evolve towards aromas of apricot and quince

A new and unique red wine that was aged in old Bourbon Barrels for 3 months imparting a bolder more intense character with a kick of fire. Rich and jammy with subtle notes of blackberry and fig it has a luscious savory mouthfeel. The finish is complimented by a hint of warm spice.

Don Angelo is a nod to the old country and its cuisine. As a blend composed of varieties from both Umbria and Tuscany, Don Angelo pairs well with rich tomato sauces, pasta like pappardelle and meat sauces made with beef, duck, rabbit, grilled steaks, lamb, grilled eggplant, peppers and onions. Cheeses that pair well are earthy rich nutty blues like Rogue River Blue, aged sheep cheeses like Cusie Castagno and a good Fiore Sardo

A red wine boasting a ruby hue with brick-coloured highlights. Olfactorily, it is exceedingly complex, presenting a bouquet of dried fruit, sweet spices, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, and roasted nuances. On the palate, it is profoundly intense, with ripe black fruit melding seamlessly with vanilla and toasted accents. It concludes with a mineral and lingering finish.

A classic New Zealand Pinot Noir with a fine, pure and elegant nose, with plum, blackberry and spicy notes. This is a dense and concentrated Pinot Noir with subtle oak emerging on a layered savory palate balancing the plum and boysenberry flavors evolving towards a meaty character. Silky structure with well-integrated tannins, leading to a long finish. A perfect pairing for herbed crusted lamb, duck, salmon or mature firm cheeses.

This Cabernet Sauvignon captures the power and complexity of this famed region. The mountain vineyards, planted in loam soil, are showcased in this bold, full-bodied wine. Rich, dark fruit aromas dominate the nose. On the palate, a robust structure is defined by dark fruit and bing cherry flavors. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak, leading to well-integrated, firm tannins and an elegant, long finish. Enjoy with heavy dishes like roast beef, grilled steak and hearty stews. 14.5% ABV

This blush sparkling wine has hints of strawberry and blood orange flavours, serve chilled. Pairs well with beet risotto, puff pastry tomato tort_, cranberry brie bites or strawberry tarts. 11.5% ABV

Medium ruby red colour. Perfumed with aromas of cherry fruit and vanilla with an underlying note of earth and chocolate. Flavours are reminiscent of sweet red berries, plums, tomatoes and cherries. Pair with grilled tuna, roasted fall veggies, baked pork chops or mushroom risotto. 13% ABV

Pale lemon in colour. The intense bouquet is laced with hints of peach, nectarine, and lime. The fresh, crisp acidity is complemented by the honeyed late harvest character. It is an ideal balance of cool climate acidity with a fragrant orchard fresh aroma and a delicate peach bouquet. An explosion of tastes. 12% ABV

Petit Verdot Ros_ is considered to be one of our most innovative creations. Many people consider the fact of making a ros_ from 100% Petit Verdot grapes unique. This is a wine that will excite ros_ wine lovers and attract new adepts to a style that has often been unfairly overlooked.

Intense ruby red colour. Elegant with a distinctive aroma of red berries and blackberry and violet notes. The elevation in oak barrels adds complexity and vanilla fragrances. Our Petit Verdot Ros_ is without a doubt one of the clearest bets for something different: making a ros_ from 100% Petit Verdot is, according to many, unique indeed. Veiga Da Princesa is a white wine made entirely from Albari_o grapes in our farm of 18 hectares in the Tea County within the apellation of Origin Rias Baixas. Driving the trellis vines allows that the grapes are fully ventilated and sunny. The ideal characteristics of granitic terrain avoided much of the pesticide treatments and provide low acidity musts naturally. Thanks to this we eliminate the malolactic fermentation of wine and delicate varietal aroma and fresh flavor characteristic is respected.

A wine indigenous to the Friuli region and loved for its rigour is fresh and clean without being overbearing. Deep red flecked with purple, typical of the varietal, sharing the same color on the rim. Initially impinging, the aromas opens up with oxygenation yet remaining austere and well-balanced. The palate full and rounded, with good tannin structure reminds us that are talking about an autochthonous wine from Friuli, very much appreciated for its firmness.
