The high altitude vineyards and sandy clay loam soils yield a bold Old Vine Zinfandel, with rich, complex flavors of blackberry, plum, and black cherry accented by hints of earth, vanilla and pepper. The old vines impart elegant, intense tannins that provide excellent structure for this full-bodied wine. The fresh fruit characteristics are balanced by lively acidity, hallmarks of the Sierra Foothills. Zinfandelic's Sierra Foothills Old Vine Zinfandel wine makes an excellent food pairing choice for anything hot off the grill, such as grilled tri-tip steak. Try slicing up the steak and throwing it on top of a sourdough dinner roll.

We craft our Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir by sourcing from mature hillside vineyard lots that lend to a rich, voluptuous core. Aromas of dark cherry, and red stone fruit are reflected on the palate, further complemented by fine tannins. French oak reveal subtle spice notes that lead to a long finish. Enjoy with lamb chops, duck, risotto, roast chicken or grilled salmon. 14.5% ABV

Violet color. Aromas and flavors of cranberry cocktail, blueberry fruit leather, plum with red and black currant, and chocolate covered cherry with a round, lively, dry medium body and a warming, complex, medium-long finish with notes of blueberry, bramble berry turnover, chocolate sauce, black currant, and red apple with medium, drying, woody tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. Rich dried fruits and cocoa bordering on dessert wine aromas but with a dry palate; pair with skirt steak and mole sauce. 14.5% ABV

Wine Spots Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant, full-bodied wine. Aromatics of black stone fruit and chocolate lead towards a richness on the palate. Aged in French oak to bring out balanced, integrated flavors and developed, ripe and focused tannins, this is a classic example of the celebrated characteristics that make Napa Valley so famous.

A clear wine of bright straw-yellow with light green highlights. Resting in the wine glass it surprises with intense aromas of apricot and peach that blend with a light touch of white blossoms and enhance its refreshing nose. The distinctive green apple and ripe grapefruit notes characteristic of the Godello varietal become evident after a light swirl; but it is after just a few minutes that the nose of this wine reveals it's unique structure - the classic bakery aromas and dried fruit fragrances that evidence its time in barrel. Yet it is in the tasting where this wine's originality really stands out; its characteristically solid entry is balanced towards the middle with a lively acidity and a slight tartness at the finish that lengthens its flow through the mouth. Those fruit fragrances of pitted fruits and ripe grape that are revealed in the mouth recall sensations of the warm summer countryside. And its fruity and tart aftertaste allows for a pleasant and refreshing clearing of the palate.

A Garnacha Tempranillo blend makes this medium body ros_ a new and interesting Summer wine. Less acidic and mineral than most - an easy drinking ros_.

Familia Escudero Serna Imperial Reserva is a brick red color. Clean, complex and with a good intensity on the nose. Red fruit aromas well conjoined with those of the aging. Balsam, spices (pepper), tobacco and leather. Well structured, tasty, large, soft but with character and a good harmony in its flavors. 13.5% ABV

Made with the best hand-picked grapes of our 90 years old vines. 75% Tempranillo, and 25% Garnacha. 18 Months in American oak barrels. Standing, in bottle, a minimum of 28 months. Red color tile, good layer. Clean, complex and with good intensity. On the nose, aromas of red fruits. Good structure, tasty and broad. Soft, but with character and a good harmony in its flavors. Complex and clean retro nasal. A CLASSIC FROM LA RIOJA.

The know-how accumulated and transmitted by his ancestors gave rise in the early 1950s to the first Rioja cavas, with a marked touch of craftsmanship, made by Benito Escudero, father of the current generation of winemakers.
